What is Iris Odyssey ?

Iris Odyssey is a classic text-based adventure game set in modern-day Shibuya. The story follows Fuka, a "girl searching for her brother," and Iris, a "crime investigator with magical powers," as they embark on an adventure filled with heartfelt encounters. The game features choices that players can make, which will unlock new story elements as the narrative progresses.

Story

Fuka, an orphaned girl living in Shibuya, is searching for her only family member, her missing brother Mitsuba. Along her journey, she awakens to her hidden magical powers. Meanwhile, Iris, a seasoned magic investigator, is pursuing a criminal organization of rogue sorcerers known as the Skyseekers . Her investigation leads her to take an interest in this brother and sister duo, who appear to be connected to the group.

As Fuka and Iris grow closer, they come to share a bond like family. Will this bond be enough to shatter the conspiracy that awaits them? Join Fuka and Iris in a modern fantasy adventure filled with destiny, intrigue, and magic in the opening chapter of Iris Odyssey !

Characters

"There are some moral question in this world that are more important than your own survival. I'll prove it even if it'll cost me my life."

A magic investigator with a strong sense of justice and responsibility. She meets Fuka during a mission, and with time, their bond grows stronger than even a family one. As a proficient magic user, she acts as a mentor for Fuka.

"I don't want anyone to pity me just because I'm an orphan."

A middle-schooler freshman who is looking for her disappeared brother. The two of them were brought up together in the "Mule House" orphanage, but eventually, she ends up living with Iris.

"How can I be so stupid? I could just fight."

A university student who is friends with Iris. She's always considerate of others and really loves her liquor. Despite appearances, she is good at dealing with all kinds of trouble, a skill which she uses to help Iris with her work. She seems bothered by Fuka's sudden appearance in her friend's life.

"I'm planning my life in my own way, for myself. That's all."

Fuka's older brother who disappeared three years ago. The police has given up on finding him, and his sister is the only one who's still trying. He's a crucial element in the nefarious plots that Iris is investigating.
