5. Legal bases
Depending on where you live, our legal bases for collecting and using personal information may include the need to provide a requested service, perform a contract with you, pursue our legitimate interests, comply with legal obligations, protect safety and security, or rely on your consent where required.
- Service and contract: creating accounts, authenticating users, maintaining studios, and providing requested product features.
- Legitimate interests: operating discovery systems, improving listings, protecting GameHubber, preventing abuse, and measuring product performance.
- Consent: where applicable for certain communications, non-essential tracking, or other features that legally require consent.
- Legal obligation: complying with applicable law, lawful requests, tax or accounting requirements, or required recordkeeping.

8. Public content
GameHubber is designed in part as a public discovery platform. Information that you submit for publication or that is displayed through public-facing features may be visible to other users, search engines, platform partners, and the general public.
Examples of public or potentially public content include:
- Public game pages, ranking surfaces, and listing metadata.
- Developer or studio names, profile details, official links, press materials, and submitted media assets.
- Guides, articles, comments, replies, moderation labels, and certain social or ranking signals where shown publicly.
- Any profile or attribution information you choose to submit for use in public-facing features.
If you submit game listings, media, descriptions, or related publication materials, you authorize GameHubber to host, display, format, excerpt, promote, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with the service. Do not submit confidential or private material unless you intend for it to be used in that way.
9. Developer analytics
GameHubber may provide developers, studios, or authorized workspace members with aggregate analytics and operational insights related to their own games, listings, campaigns, or workspace activity.
Those analytics may include metrics such as impressions, page views, votes, follows or saves, store clicks, ranking placement, surface performance, and launch readiness signals.
We do not intend to provide developers with private, individual-level user identity information about players unless a user directly provides it, the feature expressly supports it, or disclosure is otherwise legally permitted. Developer analytics may be delayed, estimated, sampled, filtered, deduplicated, or adjusted for quality, spam, fraud, abuse, or system limitations.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate our business, maintain records, protect security and integrity, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
- Account, profile, studio, and listing data may be retained while the account or listing remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Analytics, event logs, anti-abuse records, and moderation records may be retained for service integrity, troubleshooting, reporting, and legal reasons.
- Browser-stored local data may remain on your device until deleted by you, replaced, or cleared by the product.
- Backups, caches, archived records, and downstream copies may persist for limited periods even after changes or deletion requests.
Some public or shared content may continue to exist where it has already been published, cached, quoted, backed up, used in reporting, or must be retained for legal, audit, fraud, or security reasons.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
You may also be able to:
- Update certain account, profile, studio, or listing information from within your GameHubber experience.
- Control some browser-side storage by changing product settings or clearing your browser storage.
- Unfollow, unsave, edit, or remove certain submitted information directly through product controls.
- Contact us to request review, correction, or deletion where self-service tools do not cover the request.
To make a privacy-related request, contact contact@unlimitive.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing certain requests, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions or limitations.
12. International transfers
GameHubber and our service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection rules than your jurisdiction.
Where applicable, we may rely on contractual protections, recognized transfer mechanisms, internal safeguards, or other lawful measures to support cross-border processing.
13. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures that are designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Those measures may include access controls, authentication controls, logging, role restrictions, moderation workflows, and platform-level security tooling.
No service, database, storage system, transmission method, or security program is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children and minors
GameHubber is not intended for children under 13, or under any older minimum age required in the place where they live. Users who are below the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the service only with any required permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of this policy, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
