About This Game
Orblins is the first marble-matcher roguelike. If you have nostalgia for classic marble-matching games like
Zuma , Luxor , or Tumblebugs , but crave something to keep the gameplay fresh and add depth,
then Orblins is a game for you.
Gameplay:
- Build a deck of powerful orbs to defeat trains of enemy Orblins which push their orbs towards the end of the track.
- Match 3 or more of the same color orb to deal damage, shield yourself, or earn gold.
- Fight bosses while dodging their projectiles, adding a whole new layer to the classic marble-matching formula.
Orblins plays like an action roguelite, with a surprisingly steep skill curve, that keeps you on your toes. If you let your mistakes pile up, the enemy marbles crawl closer and closer towards the end of the track threatening to end your run.
Match Blue and Red Marbles to deal damage to the enemy and clear the level. Match Green Marbles to shield yourself from incoming damage. Match Yellow Marbles to gain gold with which to build your deck and buy upgrade items.
Alongside the 4 main colors there are a host of unique special marbles with powerful and game-changing abilities.
Slow enemy trains with Anchor Marbles, Shoot explosive Bombs to match multiple chains, Buy yourself more time with Freeze and Stun Marbles, Instantly kill enemy Orblins with Slayer Marbles, and many more!
